It's been jolly cold the last few days, and very wet here in my small corner of the world. But having said that, we were blessed with a little chink of sunshine and wonderful blue coloured skies yesterday afternoon, and although it wasn't enough to warm the soul, it brightened the spirit!
The card I wish to share with you today is "Purple Lady".
I used quality pale lilac coloured 5x7 inch card stock, to which I added a piece of textured black glittered paper from the First Edition Noir et Chic Collection to use as my background frame.
I used Dufex Decoupage Papers and carefully cut them out and layered the pieces together using double sided foam tape. I then added two mauvey coloured paper flowers and embellished them with purple coloured crystal centres and also added one to her hat band and to finish the card I added "Happy Birthday" in silver peel offs.
